Ascend Pathways was created to address a vital need for a more holistic approach to helping young people in recovery find their professional footing, establish financial independence, and set a course for lifelong learning and growth.
Motivated by our own experiences, we set out to fill the void with an evidence-based program designed to support people in recovery with expertise and empathy.
Our services are designed specifically for young people in recovery and address the crucial developmental and skills gaps often created by years of substance use. Our program incorporates best practices in career development and individual assessment and applies principles of mental wellness promotion and positive youth development to ensure a successful and confident transition to independence.
We integrate the 10 guiding principles and four major dimensions that support a life in recovery as defined by SAMHSA, the agency that leads research, policy, and funding for substance use and mental health in the United States.
